AMCON secures court order to takeover companies owned by Senator Ben Bruce over N11bilion debt

The Assets Management Company of Nigeria (AMCON) has taken possession of Silverbird Galleria after securing an order from a Federal High Court in Lagos, to take over companies owned by Ben Murray-Bruce and his business partners for defaulting in the repayment of N11bn loan to Banks.

It seems AMCON have swung into action
