Presidential Spokesperson Reuben Abati took to twitter this morning to ‘talk issues’ about the presidential candidate of the APC, Gen Muhammadu Buhari's rule as a military president 30 years ago. He shared some old newspaper clippings of dilapidated infrastructures whilst comparing them to the current reforms of President Goodluck Jonathan’s regime.
